Overview: Turner Enterprises Management, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Maintenance Technician at Vermejo Reserve, a premier 560,000-acre destination in northern New Mexico. This role supports the upkeep of guest accommodations, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure a world-class hospitality experience.

You will perform a variety of maintenance duties including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, water system monitoring, and general facility upkeep. The role also includes responding to guest service needs, completing work orders, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality across all guest spaces.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on guest facilities and grounds
  • Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner and support guest service needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lodges, rooms, and public areas
  • Assist with landscaping, event setups, and off-site guest areas
  • Operate tools, equipment, and light/heavy machinery safely
  • Monitor water systems and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with guests and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule and weekend shifts

Requirements

Required:

  • 2+ years maintenance/facilities experience (hospitality or commercial preferred)
  • Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry/painting
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly
  • Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • EPA or HVAC certification
  • Experience in luxury hospitality environments
  • Microsoft Office familiarity
