Hospitality Maintenance Technician
## About the Job **Overview:** Turner Enterprises Management, LLC is seeking a **Hospitality Maintenance Technician** at Vermejo Reserve, a premier 560,000-acre destination in northern New Mexico. This role supports the upkeep of guest accommodations, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure a world-class hospitality experience. You will perform a variety of maintenance duties including **HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, water system monitoring, and general facility upkeep**. The role also includes responding to guest service needs, completing work orders, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality across all guest spaces. ## Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on guest facilities and grounds * Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues * Complete work orders in a timely manner and support guest service needs * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lodges, rooms, and public areas * Assist with landscaping, event setups, and off-site guest areas * Operate tools, equipment, and light/heavy machinery safely * Monitor water systems and ensure compliance with quality standards * Communicate professionally with guests and cross-functional teams * Participate in rotating on-call schedule and weekend shifts ## Requirements **Required:** * 2+ years maintenance/facilities experience (hospitality or commercial preferred) * Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry/painting * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly * Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) **Preferred:** * High school diploma or GED * EPA or HVAC certification * Experience in luxury hospitality environments * Microsoft Office familiarity **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly pay (DOE) * Employer Provided Housing * Paid sick leave * Employee Assistance Program * Access to outdoor recreation and amenities * Unique opportunity to live and work in a remote luxury ranch setting
