Trainer Rider Barn Manager
## About the Job Proven Rider/Trainer: This is a Full Time, all encompassing position for the True Equine Professional. Plenty of local accomodations of various types are close by Hollis Ranch, L.L.C. ## Responsibilities This professional position includes Typical farm work, barn chores, Riding, Training, Giving lessons to clients, etc. ## Requirements * **You must be a very good rider with proven abilities in the Equine Industry.** * Experience in both Western and English riding is an added advantage. * **You must have impeccable references and a proven record of accomplishments.** * Excellent physical condition, ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical labor such as barn/farm chores, riding, training. * Impeccable valid references are required as well as extensive background checks. * **You must be able to relocate if required to be able to live close to Hollis Ranch, L.L.C** ## Pay and Benefits Salary starts at $800, health, bonuses, vacation, travel, other perks, etc.

Equine Care Professional
## About the Job The equine care professional will work closely with the Barn Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of Zuma’s Rescue Ranch. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to oversee interns, volunteers, and special events. **If you are organized, driven, and ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply!** ## Responsibilities Volunteer Management Develop and implement a formal employees and volunteers training program to ensure all are adequately trained. Maintain an inventory of feed and supplements, ensuring daily monitoring by staff. Volunteer Coordination Work closely with the Barn Manager to ensure optimal volunteer coverage Maintain a daily list of tasks, repairs, and projects for volunteers and ensure tasks are completed correctly. Ensure volunteers are properly trained, appreciated, and encouraged in their roles. ## Requirements * Experience in barn management or equine care * Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple operations efficiently * Excellent communication skills to work with staff, volunteers, and event participants * Ability to lift 50 lbs ## Pay and Benefits Self care board for one horse
